• 60 mail items per month is an approximation – the cost will only be adjusted if 60 mail items per month is consistently or excessively exceeded.
• The mail forwarding includes one large envelope, plus the postage cost.
• Any packages too large to fit into the once per week envelope will have to be collected, or forwarded at additional cost.

PO Box services are available from your local post office; however, some customers may be deterred sending to a PO Box, the same way as they are wary of dealing with a web based business without an office address or phone number.
