Saracens House Business Centre and Manor House Business Centre have a variety of serviced offices to rent across the two buildings. A Serviced Office is often financially beneficial as all standard utilities are included in the service charge. This charge covers gas, electric, communal cleaning and maintenance. Both buildings have their own car parks with spaces available to rent on a monthly basis. Short stay parking is available on Soane Street and Cobden Place Car Park. Main reception is manned between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, however, electronic entry systems allow residents access 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
